I like this a lot better than DEET. It keeps the mosquitoes off and smells better and is less toxic. I think the pump bottles last longer though.

I bought this to keep my kids and babies from getting mosquito bites while outdoors. Well, living in Houston, TX, we have to be doused with bug repellent ANYTIME you plan to be outdoors in the summer for longer than 10 minutes. I like the way this smells. I like the way it sprays (not too forceful like Off can be). But I don't like the cloud it leaves after spraying; babies and toddlers end up coughing and gagging (Off does this as well).
It works fairly well. About the same as other bug repellents: keeps mosquitos from biting where you spray but they still bite any spot that you missed. I'm still waiting for a repellent that keeps mosquitos from wanting to come near you at all. You spray this stuff on yourself and they STILL want to land on you in a clear zone (not just this spray, but all bug repellents).

I have experimented working in my garden both with and without spraying the Skin So Soft on my legs. The difference is pretty amazing. It works!

My husband and I own and boat and spend much of the summer out at the lake. We have used many bug repellent products over the years but this one seems to work the best and has the least amount of scent. We use 3+ cans per year but it allows us to enjoy the outdoors without paying for it the next day in bug bites. Other boaters have borrowed ours and are now using it as well. Worth the money!
