I issued order one months ago and untill today haven't goods at home!!! Why???
I controled my bank account and many were subtracted!!! I expect your quickly explication in this case.

I have been an Amazon customer for 3 years now and have literally spent $$$ here. Although for some reason I was hesitant to buy fragrances from Amazon. As it turned out, I was right!

Well, I ordered 2 items: Gucci Envy and this fragrance, L'Eau Bleue D'Issey - both are my personal favorites and was looking to replenish these in my collection. So I saw a competitive price on Amazon for L'Eau Bleue D'Issey and I got tempted to order it here. Now since the shipping charge was around $5-$7, I decided to throw in the Gucci Envy to get a better bang out of my buck. So I did place the order and received it fairly within the standard shipping window - no issues with that.

A couple of days later, I was credited 47 cents, which I did not understand and requested clarification from the seller. "The payment method used to place this order was reimbursed." - See if you can make any sense out of that.

When I opened the package, to my surprise the L'Eau Bleue D'Issey I received was a refill pack. Well that wasn't what I ordered & thank god I didn't send it out directly as a gift! When I contacted the seller, I was told that it was an error in the ad on Amazon (who would've known!). I requested that they correct the error and replace it with the correct product (4.2 Oz EDT). They told me they did not have it in stock, so I requested for a return label (for which I had to follow-up twice with the seller)

Another 2 times for getting a refund, weeks after I had sent back the product. Finally I did get a refund (after 'just' 4 or more follow-ups!) but lost my cost advantage over the shipping charges.

So if you have the patience and are willing to squander a couple of dollars more for the perks of added pain - go right ahead! You might feel this is a one-off case... well, I hope so too...! Good luck with your orders, and I sincerely hope you don't have to go through the same.

Moral of the story: I have had no issues with the other stuff I've ordered, but this is definitely the LAST time I buy fragrances from Amazon.

I can be in the store or at a theatre and i get constant compliments on this cologne. especially the ladies love the fragrance. use this once and you will be addicted to it. does not fade away after a couple hours. you get what you pay for with this product. definately recommend this for the gentlemen.

We're a fan of Issey Miyake fragrances,so I thought this would be a great gift to add to my husband's collection. This particular scent however is very strong and too FLOWERY.I thought we couldn't go wrong with Issey, but we did. It doesn't smell like a man's cologne but rather some concoction gone bad with a mixture of really potent flowers, weeds, and plants.One good thing I can say is that it comes in a really nice bottle. If you want this just for "show" well it looks nice on the dresser, but NOT A PLEASANT SMELL AT ALL.
