This cologne is the stuff you wanna wear everyday. Just to warn you the smell off the bottle might give you the wrong impression but once you wear it, in about 5 min you'll start smelling like how its suppose to smell. It starts of very strong and becomes spicy and ends kinda sweet (not too fond of that thou). This would indubitably in my top 5 colognes to wear. You can wear this anywhere from work to parties. Its got some professional smell to it which makes it good to wear it at work yet romantic without setting out 'I am desperate' smell.
I would recommend getting a sample from ebay or some other sites before i buy the whole big box since fragrance it totally unique to every individual.

This cologne is amazing. The notes are strong and don't fade, so MINIMAL application is perfect. This is also a plus becasue without having to slather it on, you save yourself money. Girls, buy this for your guy if he owns a leather jacket, a suit, or slippers. If he has any of those thingsm, he's worthy of this smell. I bought it just for me.

A review from a woman in her 20's: this is by far the most delectable and attractive cologne. Ever. It's a great balanced cologne. It's sweet-smelling like women like, but not overly sweet or even fruity like Curves or some others that I've come in contact with. And it's not musky or pungent, which is a definite plus. I had to buy it for my boyfriend. It's super sexy, and he loves it, too.

Like another reviewer said, this is the best cologne to come out in the last five years. I am a cologne nut. I'll spend a half hour at the store doing nothing but testing out one after another. With that said, I started using POLO Black a few years ago and I still love it as much as the day I found it. While I am also a fan of Tommy and CK One, I have yet to find another scent that beats this one.

The best thing about this cologne is that it's so versatile and appropriate for just about any situation. It's good for evenings and dates without being heavy or musky, and it's good for every day work or school use with out being to soapy or feminine smelling. I have had countless girls tell me they love the way I smell when I wear this stuff. And to top it off, it's relatively inexpensive. Two spritzes down the shirt do the trick for me. Get it, now!!
Polo Black is great for fall/winter (2009-10-15) Rating: 5/5
Like a Polo Double Black reviewer, I also wear Polo Black in fall and winter and Polo Blue in spring and summer. But I wear Romance by Ralph Lauren for dressy occasions or nights out. I also wear Polo Sport after I go to the gym. For some reason, Ralph Lauren Polo fragrances work well on my skin. I haven't tried Double Black except in the store, but I don't see where it would add to the stable of fragrances I already have.
